Over the last few years several block manufacturers have given 1 and 2 day seminars teaching people how to build walls and lay paving brick. After the short class they say they are certified installers even though they never have built a wall or laid a single brick. These contractors are giving the industry a black eye due to several walls falling and driveways settling and basically falling apart. Even though it may look like a good job at completion walls and pavers usually show problem after they settle or within a years time. |
